Power Flow Systems is the leading designer and manufacturer of FAA approved Tuned Exhaust systems for general aviation aircraft throughout the world.
Our patented tuned exhaust systems provide dramatic improvements in aircraft engine performance and efficiency allowing operators to see increased performance in line with bigger engines at a fraction of the cost and with fuel savings. We have been manufacturing since 1999 and have been OEM supplier to Diamond since 2006. In 2019 we acquired the assets of Leading Edge Exhaust expanding our product range to include Cessna 180-210, Piper PA12 & PA18. We have several additional models in development and have recently moved to a larger facility to accommodate additional machinery and staffing.
