Reports to: USVI Station Manager
Provide assistance to corporations in assigned territory
* Conduct cold calls to increase corporate accounts data base
* Monitor sales performance of all corporations, and discuss in detail their progress or reduction in sales.
* Conduct daily monitoring of account transactions to avoid negative balances.
* If required, conduct account audits to recover on system error transactions.
* Create programs for corporations to increase their sales.
* Conduct sales calls with industry representatives in territory, if required
* Plan and carry out direct sales and marketing activities to agreed budget, sales volumes, values, Seaborne Airlines and products and schedules.
* Develop, together with our analyst, ideas and create offers to promote routes where Seaborne Airlines has direct competition to increase sales
* Analyze all markets and develop special offers tailored for our destinations
* Liaise and attend meetings with tourism offices, hotels associations, and convention bureaus to perform duties and aid business and organizational development if required
* Handle all calls coming in from corporations in the assigned territory
* Participate in conventions and or trade shows to promote the corporate product and other Seaborne Airlines offerings.
* Promote all Seaborne Airlines products
* Analyze and understand all sales reports
* Attend sales meetings
* Travel on a regular basis to support our sales goals and company vision.
*Additional assignments as requested by management.
- Sales management - put together emails/social sales
- Provides weekly sales/social/web reports
- Manage trade for tickets.
- Manage Partners for the islands & trade
- Website and Social Media, Yelp Content & Functionality Management
- Videcom Booking Engine site changes
- Manage Employee SharePoint portal and add any information required for internal communications
- Do the signage, messaging and any employee Christmas gift presentations.
- Uniform sourcing or rollout.
- Manage Chamber of Commerce in the USVI and Hotel Association along with events and parties - Chamber After Hours.
- Livery updates
- Company Townhall IT support.
- Manage Seaborne Cares program (provide report).
- Seaborne Customer Experience post-flight survey.
