Your Impact Starts HereAs an Industrial Electrician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing electrical systems that power production. Your expertise ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and keeps operations safe and efficient.
A Day in the LifeYou’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge equipment and responsible for:
Installing wiring, conduit, and electrical systems for industrial machinery (including conveyors, robots, and PLCs)
Connecting and testing power systems and machine components
Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in motors, transformers, relays, and control systems
Programming and troubleshooting programmable controllers (PLCs)
Inspecting systems for compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Replacing or repairing faulty electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
Collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve equipment malfunctions
Planning and executing wiring layouts for new and existing systems
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
Valid Master Electrician License
Technical school degree OR 4–10 years of related industrial electrical experience
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial equipment
Ability to read technical documents, schematics, and blueprints
Solid math, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Comfortable working with MSDS and handling hazardous materials
Strong communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Machine Operator
Experience using measuring tools (tape measures, gauges, etc.)
Familiarity with basic hand tools and mechanical systems
Work Environment & Physical DemandsLift up to 30 lbs. regularly
Perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity
Stand, sit, stoop, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Work in environments with noise, dust, grease, and oils
Must have good vision (near/far) and hearing (aids permitted)
Consistent attendance is essential

Pay Details: $30.38 to $59.05 per hour
