In this high-impact role, you’ll be essential to keeping production lines running safely and efficiently—troubleshooting complex electrical systems, maintaining critical equipment, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a safety-focused electrician who thrives on solving problems, working with advanced machinery, and ensuring operational reliability across the facility.
What You’ll Do Day-to-DayPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot, test, and repair three-phase motors and production machinery
Diagnose electrical issues and repair systems down to the component level
Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and blueprints
Use diagnostic tools including multimeters, meggers, and other testing equipment
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA-70E, and OSHA safety standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation (CMMS systems)
Assist with inventory tracking and spare parts management
Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Required & Preferred QualificationsRequiredValid Electrician Certificate
1+ year of experience as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with:
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Strong basic math skills for electrical calculations
Familiarity with electrical safety standards (NEC, OSHA)
Ability to operate forklifts and industrial equipment safely
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
PreferredExperience in automation or controls systems
Prior experience working with CMMS systems
Background supporting production or high-volume manufacturing environments

Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
