The role:

As part of the global pay team within the wider reward team, you will play a key role in the delivery of global reward initiatives and business critical projects. You will mainly be supporting pay and job evaluation initiatives - reviewing and updating both new and existing processes.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the delivery of pay and job evaluation activities for the UK and overseas countries including implementation where required.
  • Be part of a core global pay team involved in the end-to-end annual pay review processes including, collation, preparing and checking of data. You will act as a second support to the global pay team for this annual project.
  • Accountable for all job evaluation activities including training of committee members to ensure required standards, consistency and compliance across the business and providing People Business Partners with guidance and support.
  • Ensure other monthly reward tasks are completed on time and kept on track.

Your experience:

  • Experience of supporting reward processes and particularly job evaluation methodology such as Willis Towers Watson or Hay
  • Ideally, experience in managing pay and bonus review
  • Excellent data analysis skills preferably with strong excel knowledge (vlookups, pivots)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to tight timescales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage and organise projects
