About the RoleAs a Pipe Fabrication Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing and assembling pipe products that support critical infrastructure across the country. Your work directly contributes to efficient operations, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe, productive shop environment.
Please Note: This is a direct send position—no interview required. Once all pre-employment requirements are successfully completed, you’ll receive your start date.
Schedule:
1st Shift Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)Move loose or bundled pipe throughout the shop and yard
Assemble pipe orders (single units or bundles) with accuracy
Fabricate, cut, thread, and bevel pipe using shop equipment
Operate machines such as band saws, torches, and Landis threading machines
Measure and record pipe lengths using tape measures and gauges
Maintain organized workstations and inventory supplies
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment safely
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Required Qualifications6–8 months of recent machine operation experience (e.g., band saws, pipe threaders, roll groove machines, plasma cutters, welding machines)
Ability to accurately read tape measures and use precision gauges
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods
Basic computer skills for operating automated machinery
Strong math and communication skills
High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)
Forklift experience required
Preferred BackgroundsCandidates with experience in the following areas tend to thrive in this role:
Automotive or diesel mechanics
Farm or heavy equipment operation
Machinery maintenance
Manufacturing or production line work

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
