In this role, you’ll assist with the repair, modification, testing, and fabrication of aerospace systems and components. Your work will directly support quality, performance, and reliability in a highly specialized industry where precision matters every day.
Position Details- Job Title: Aerospace Products Repair/Modification Technician
- Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)
- Location: Heath, OH
- Schedule: Monday–Friday Second Shift 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Pay Rate Starting at : $26.52 per hour
What You’ll DoAs an Aerospace Products Repair/Modification Technician, you will:
- Assist with disassembly of system components to correct failures or implement modifications
- Support troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify faults
- Repair or replace faulty mechanical and electrical components
- Perform validation and verification testing of systems and assemblies
- Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to detailed specifications
- Assist with safe handling of aerospace vehicles and systems, including jacking, towing, and operations support
- Use tools, equipment, and work instructions to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all repair and modification activities
- Document completed work and support production goals under supervision
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
- Ability to work off-shift schedules, including 2nd or 3rd shift as needed
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with tools and following work instructions
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work with beryllium and/or other chemicals when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience inspecting parts, components, assemblies, or units
- Minimum 1 year of experience soldering and assembling equipment components
- Minimum 1 year of experience using hand tools and/or power tools
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working under a microscope
- Previous aerospace, manufacturing, or technical repair experience

Pay Details: $26.52 per hour
