Skills You Bring To this Role
· 2 years experience in a manufacturing or related area.
· A Bachelors of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Leadership, or 5 years manufacturing experience and/or relative supervisory experience in lieu of degree.
· Familiarity with math through trigonometry and analytical geometry, engineering materials, processing technology, and manufacturing methods.
· Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
· Extensive knowledge of NC programming, machining processes, and tooling technologies.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
· Skilled communicator, capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with shop personnel, internal teams, and external customers.
· Experience with CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing methods, ensuring technical accuracy in programming outputs.
· Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet organizational objectives.
