Join a dynamic team operating advanced 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, predominantly mills. You will be responsible for setting up and operating Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, and Makino machines, ensuring precision and quality in every task.

Responsibilities: Job is located in Washington, Missouri

• Operate and set up 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines, with a focus on milling.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and machine operation independently.
• Conduct deburring and blending to maintain tight tolerances, potentially with assistance for high-volume tasks.
• Collaborate closely with the programming team, with opportunities to adjust G and M codes if qualified.
• Work primarily with NX software and occasionally with Catia.

Essential Skills: Job is located in Washington, Missouri

• At least 2 years of CNC experience.
• Experience with 4 or 5-axis machines is highly desired.
• Proficiency with Haas, Ocuma, Mazak, or Makino machines is preferred.
• Familiarity with NX or Catia software is advantageous.
• Ability to perform own setups, runs, and changeovers.
• Competence in conducting deburring and blending processes.

Work Environment : Job is located in Washington, Missouri

Openings are available for various shifts, including M-Th night shifts from 4:18 PM to 2:30 AM with a 15 shift differential, and weekend shifts with a 28 differential. The facility is climate-controlled, offering a comfortable workspace. Opportunities for overtime are available on a voluntary basis, depending on workload and deadlines.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
