Job Title: Aircraft AssemblerJob DescriptionJoin our team as an Aircraft Assembler where you will perform complex assembly, fitting of detail parts, and installation with a focus on high productivity across various manufacturing processes. Your role will ensure that all parts and assemblies meet or exceed specified requirements, contributing to the creation of world-class aircraft.
Responsibilities- Perform complex assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures through varied drilling and riveting operations with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all assemblies meet or exceed specified requirements with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete routine tasks and special assignments with a high degree of accuracy and within predefined timeframes.
- Recommend solutions to complex problems and contribute to projects aimed at establishing best practice methodologies.
- Participate actively in mentoring programs and train others to perform tasks proficiently.
- Proactively communicate with supervisors regarding task status, issues, or delays.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, supporting the companys 5S program.
- Participate in and complete certification requirements for internal aircraft process specifications, continuously meeting training requirements.
Essential Skills- Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems or components.
- Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and process specifications.
- Proficiency in using arithmetic, instruments, and blueprints.
- Strong teamwork and work ethics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience working directly with outside customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, and PowerPoint.
- A&P or other related licensure is highly desired.
- Ability to work overtime, call in, call back, and be on call duty if requested.

Work EnvironmentWork hours are Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, supporting the companys 5S initiatives. Dress code and specific work conditions will be discussed during the hiring process.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Greensboro, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $32.86/hr.
