• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the Controlling Team KRK; leading, developing, deploying, and motivating assigned employees in both professional and personal matters to leverage their potential for the company’s success
• Close cooperation with the Controlling Team of LGBS FRA

• Ensuring the implementation of relevant corporate policies
• Close cooperation with the Commercial Director, the Management Board, and the department heads of LGBS
• Development and implementation of a global LGBS finance and controlling strategy
• Ensuring financial and performance-oriented management of LGBS and its subsidiaries, deriving corrective actions, and preparing management recommendations for the executive leadership
• Execution of efficient planning and controlling processes for the entire LGBS Group
• Ensuring customer-specific billing of service delivery based on corporate regulations
• Responsibility for the timely and high-quality preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of LGBS GmbH and its subsidiaries

• Academic/Master degree (Finance Accounting or Economics related field)
• Experience in SSC branch
• More than 5 years of professional experience
• Min. 2 years of experience in people management
• Fluent English
• German will be an asset
• SAP knowledge

• Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution
• Ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
