Position  Reporting to the Manager, Industrialization Program, the Industrialization - Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing project plans aligned with company manufacturing strategies. Duties & Responsibilities: Development, coordination and execution of transformative projects linked to improved production efficienciesDevelopment of manufacturing cell design and plant layoutCoordination of projects aligned to company manufacturing capabilities and strategies (Make vs Buy) including business casesProject governance and oversightEducation & Experience: Technical post secondary degree5+ years of Aerospace work experience in an Engineering/Methods/Manufacturing EnvironmentIn depth technical knowledge of Aerospace Manufacturing Systems, Aerospace Engineering Systems and the aircraftExperience in leading project teams and possess strong project management skillsExperience in the identification and implementation of New Manufacturing TechnologiesKnowledge and experience with Lean concepts with a spirit for continuous improvementSkills: Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering drawingsAbility to communicate well orally and in writingAbility to manage and act on multiple projects and priorities at one time.
