As a Project Management Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and providing guidance to project management professionals. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

You will report directly to our Sr Project Manager, and you’ll work out of our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico location. If you are an external hire, the first 90 days will be onsite before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule. Internal hires will work a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution of projects, contributing to the organizations overall success and competitiveness in the spanet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• 2 plus years of experience in project management or related roles.
• 2 plus years of experience with project management software and tools.
• Ability to write, read and speak English.
