Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience:

  • In a collaborative enterprise environment.
  • In Sustainment and Capability Life Cycle Management Programs/Asset Management framework.
  • Implementing or managing asset management standards managing diverse teams.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (including briefing papers, presentations, and reports).
  • A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in a technical discipline.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, including scope, schedule and risk management, proposal development, financial and commercial aspects.

Highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in naval sustainment programs.

Successful candidates must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to NV1 - information on this can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
