UnspecifiedThe Operations Excellence Manager will lead strategic and operational improvement initiatives across the supply chain, driving efficiency, digitalization, process standardization, and cost optimization. This role partners with cross-functional teams—procurement, inventory management, logistics and finance—to deliver end-to-end transformation programs that enhance turnaround time, speed and strengthen overall supply chain resilience.
What you will do:
Strategic Transformation Leadership
Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for supply chain operations.
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on digital transformation, automation, and operational excellence.
Manage project governance, timelines, milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Drive adoption of best practices for MRO supply chain planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and supplier management.
Process & Operational Excellence
Conduct current-state assessments (process mapping, maturity analysis, data diagnostics) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Lead root-cause analysis using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Standardize and streamline MRO processes (e.g. spare parts planning, procurement workflows, repair/overhaul cycle inventory controls).
Implement KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance and transformation progress.
Digitalization & Technology Enablement
Partner with Digital Technology teams to implement digital tools
Evaluate and deploy automation solutions (RPA, workflow automation, advanced forecasting/AI-driven planning tools)
Qualification You Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management.
8-10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation role.
Proven track record leading complex transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-on experience with MRO planning, procurement, inventory and spare parts management.
Strong understanding of MRO supply chain principles: BOMs, critical spares, repairable parts, lead-time variability, vendor-managed inventory, sourcing strategies, and service contracts.
Knowledge of ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Infor, etc.).
Excellent project management skills (PMP or similar certification desirable).
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel/Power BI or similar tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership abilities.
