Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous: you will be part of the team right from the start, independently taking on a wide range of tasks in day-to-day business as well as in conceptual and strategic, cross-divisional HR topics.

• You will gain an insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management, including advising the specialist department and working with the co-determination committees
• You will play a key role in projects and will be actively involved in HR topics from the very first minute
• You will support and shape the communication of our work (intranet, eBase, mailings, etc.)
• You will get to know various fields of HR development and our Learning & Development offerings and support their further development

You are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3 semesters) in a related subject area and meet the following criteria:

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
• Good communication skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
