The Future of Flight Performance Subsection Manager will lead the engine performance team responsible for activities related to the aero-thermal modeling, development, and demonstration of new commercial engine technologies in support of CFM RISE programs. The person in this role will partner closely with Engine Systems, Preliminary Design, Aero, Heat Transfer, Engine Operability, Engine Controls, and Engine Transient Analysis teams to drive program execution and technical excellence on the assigned Future of Flight demonstration programs.Job Description

- Leverage FLIGHT DECK operating rhythms to continuously improve the capability, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Engine Performance & Operability organization
- Work collaboratively across product lines and disciplines
- Lead seamless “one team” collaboration with performance engineers across all global sites, including the US and Mexico
- Ensure a culture of compliance
Required Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in engineering or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams
- Experience integrating with performance adjacent aero-thermal disciplines
- Strong program management skills
- Strong business acumen and customer mindset
