As Finance Director, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS standards. Will be responsible for corporate governance, tax, risk, FP&A, treasury, funding, and legal matters, supporting efficient operations and strong financial control. 

Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:

• Define and implement LTPT’s commercial strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable KPIs, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and liquidity management
• Lead finance transformation, operational optimization, and reporting improvements to support decision-making
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, and full regulatory compliance, including transfer pricing requirements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and accurate financial closing and reporting processes
• Provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to top management
• Lead, develop, and motivate finance teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and continuous improvement culture

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial operations, drive strategy, ensure IFRS reporting, manage governance and risk, and support decision-making while maintaining strong financial performance and control. 

• Masters degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related 
• Minimum of five to seven years of progressive professional experience in finance and accounting, including proven leadership and people management responsibilities
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Portuguese is considered, German a plus
• Distinct analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to manage complexity
• High organizational, intercultural and communication skills
• Very good analytical skills and high flexibility
• ACCA Certified recommended
• Willingness to work abroad
• Very good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP)
