Job Description:
LAUNCH Defense is actively seeking for an experienced C-130 Crew Chief.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Lead the e3 (continuous improvement) strategy for the PDM/UDLM team
Review of planning and material requirements for the PDM and over and above efforts
Ensures team follows safety and compliance policies and procedures
Scheduling of tasks to be performed
Assigning the daily/weekly workload to team members
Frequent coordination with support and management teams
Daily team kick-off meeting
Reading and interpreting drawings and aircraft manuals
Provide oversight of performance to budget and schedule
Assist with manpower planning
Perform team member evaluations
