Job Description:
Business Development in India & South Asia:
Collect, analyze and share the market needs/trends and the competitive landscape in the military aircraft and space systems sectors
Keep updated information on the evolution of the competition and market conditions, including policy changes and impacts, etc.
In line with the strategic priorities, identify and propose new business opportunities and associated partners adapted to the South Asian market
Proactively engage with external stakeholders to understand market needs
Drive the New Initiatives and identify new markets in the region in keeping with divisional strategy
Strategy for India & South Asia:
Participate in regional strategy formulation process
Engage with central/divisional Strategy teams to inform and contribute to the regional strategy
Provide the regional strategic perspective on which areas to grow and the rationale behind them
Partnership and Industrialization Projects (In Defense & Space domain):
Support partnership projects including:
Contribute to the establishment of the most appropriate project structure,
Ensure validation of projects objectives and associated resources,
Liaise with partners and key external stakeholders
Skills:
Education -Master degree level
Experience in Defence and Aerospace sector
Experience working with key government and industry stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to analyse and strategically think through policy frameworks
Has leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Autonomous and able to work within a team and in a multicultural environment
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
