Summary
The Commercial Line Maintenance (CLM) Site Manager ensures Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft are maintained per FAA and OEM (Boeing/Airbus) requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee Line Maintenance Operations: Ensure aircraft are airworthy, properly serviced, and meet dispatch reliability standards.
• AOG & Field Maintenance Support: Deploy teams for unscheduled maintenance and emergency repairs globally.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with FAA, EASA, and Boeing/Airbus OEM maintenance programs.
• Technical Workforce Leadership: Supervise A&P-certified aircraft technicians and maintenance crews.
• Quality Control: Conduct NALCOMIS OOMA tracking, FAA inspections, and Technical Directive (TD) compliance audits.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 7+ years of commercial aircraft maintenance management experience.
• FAA A&P License required.
• Strong knowledge of Boeing and Airbus maintenance programs.
Compensation & Benefits HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100000 and $140000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
