Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM IRE Ltd are now recruiting for Trainee Aircraft Mechanics to commence a 12-week training program in February 2026.The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic, highly skilled team, contributing to the safe maintenance of a fleet of 600+ aircraft for one of the worlds largest and most successful airlines. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, offering significant growth potential in the aviation industry.
Suitable candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:• Candidates must have completed a Leaving Certificate with a technical subject such as Engineering, Construction Studies, Technology, or possess a qualification/background working in a trade such as Motor, Mechanics, Electrical, Engineering.• A strong aptitude for manual work, with proficient hand skills and competence in using tools, is recommended.• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.• Exhibit a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to a fast-changing environment and be willing to work shifts, including nights.• Ability to pass a comprehensive security background check.• Candidates must have unrestricted permission to work in Ireland and to travel freely throughout Europe and the UK.• Candidates must be 18 years of age or over.
Please note the following:• The initial 12 weeks of the training programme will take place at one of our PAM bases located in the following regions: Prestwick, Kaunas, Wroclaw, Seville and Haan. • The program commences in February 2026.• Travel & Accommodation will be provided.• On successful completion of the training programme, candidates will have the opportunity to take up a position as a Trainee Aircraft Mechanic based in Shannon.
