Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.

Summary:
This position will provide Production support for Laser Seal on the production line in the TACAIR Microwave Factory on a variety of products including DEWS/QATAR, EPAWSS, 56C, and FIRETIP

Job Responsibilities will include:

Perform Laser Seal, Leak Testing, Vacuum bake, Environmental Stress Screening in support of the production lines in the Microwave West Factory.
Performs Calibration, Validation on Laser Seal and Fixtures.
Support Engineering with debug and evaluation of Production and Systems Return hardware.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Typically a High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Must possess secret clearance
Must be able to work with a microscope

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience with Microwave subassemblies and knowledge of MIL STD-883.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710
