Landing Gear Technician (Experienced)

Job Description:

Perform overhaul and repairs to landing gear assemblies and sub-components.
Perform teardown, cleaning, checks, measurements, and assembly of mechanical and hydraulic sub-assemblies and landing gear.
Repair detail parts in accordance with approved data and repair schemes.
Reads and interprets technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
Ability to operate various equipment, i.e. media blasters, pneumatic and hydraulic presses etc.
Able to operate basic, electric, and pneumatic hand tools as required to accomplish job assignment.
Complete all required maintenance records as stated in the Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals.
Accurately record time work on each work order.

Job Requirements:

Willing to work overtime and weekends (On-call).
Aircraft Technician experience.
3-5 years experience in Aviation Industry.
3 years component repair desired but not required.
Ability to work in a team environment and exercise good judgement in aircraft maintenance and safety.
