Job Title: Aviation TechnicianJob Description
We are looking for recently separated military personnel (Air Force and Navy preferred) with a mechanical background who have worked on aircraft or helicopters. Ideally, candidates have experience as maintainers in the military. You will be trained to work on corporate aircraft while on contract, with the opportunity to obtain an A&P certification through Aerostar, paid for upon completion of the test.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on corporate aircraft.
- Utilize mechanical skills to ensure aircraft are in optimal condition.
- Work on a variety of aircraft, including fixed-wing models such as C-130, F22, and F35.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance procedures.
Essential Skills- Mechanical background with experience working on aircraft or helicopters.
- Experience as a maintainer in the military.
- Ability to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- No specific certifications or medical requirements necessary.

Work Environment
You will be working in a corporate aircraft service center and 145 repair station, using state-of-the-art equipment to maintain and repair aircraft.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
