Job Title: Aircraft TechnicianJob Description
The Engine Line Technician, with limited supervision, assists with inspecting, troubleshooting, adjusting, repairing, and performing other general tasks related to the maintenance and repair of aircraft engines, systems, and components on a variety of engines. This role requires the use of Personal Protection Equipment in a safe and clean work environment according to manufacturer’s specifications, approved procedures, and customer specifications. Additionally, this position prepares and completes appropriate documentation and training logs in a timely manner and may perform as a Qualified Inspector (QI).
Responsibilities
- Assist in high-quality inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining aircraft engines, systems, and components on a variety of aircraft engines using proper tooling.
- Accurately order required parts as needed.
- Prepare and complete appropriate documentation and training logs in a timely manner.
- Perform tasks in a clean, safe, and professional manner.
Essential Skills- Powerplant mechanic experience
- Engine maintenance experience
- A&P certification
- Powerplant maintenance experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience working on aircraft engines

Work Environment
Candidates will work inside the engine shop, a very clean, organized, and temperature-controlled building. Shifts available include: 1st shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday; 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 12:00 am Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday; and a weekend shift from Friday-Sunday, working three 12-hour days with a 10 shift differential to make up for the 4 hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
