Top Technical Skills Required
- Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- Ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications in English.
- Proficiency in applying sealants to surfaces per detailed specifications.
- Experience installing aircraft system components, including panel installations.
- Ability to operate mechanical lifts such as ladders, tiger lifts, and snorkel lifts.
- Experience with chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes.
- Ability to work in confined spaces with required training/certification.
- Ability to carry/lift up to 35 lbs.
- Experience performing bond and ground measurements.
- Experience performing in-tank sealing in fuel tanks and other structural areas.
- Ability to perform fuel tank wash operations.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience using software applications (internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, or similar).
- 6+ months of experience following detailed work instructions, reading/interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications (English).
- 6+ months of experience in an advanced manufacturing, mechanical, or technical environment using basic hand tools, power tools, and/or pneumatic tools.
- 6+ months of hands-on experience with application of sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and similar materials.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in confined spaces with proper training/certification.
- Ability to carry/lift up to 35 lbs.
- Willingness and ability to work any shift based on business need.
- Ability to meet physical demands including:
- Flexion/extension of the head/neck
- Handling, kneeling, bending at the waist
- Overhead reaching
- Standing, walking, twisting
- Climbing and balancing on stairs, ladders, scaffolding, or inclined surfaces
- Crawling and crouching
