As a First Shift A&P Supervisor, you will guide a high-performing maintenance team and ensure aircraft operations run safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily tasks for maintenance personnel
- Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to technicians
- Ensure all maintenance is performed according to FAA regulations, technical data, and company standards
- Review schedules, allocate labor, and support production goals
- Approve and revise maintenance estimates as needed
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation for all work completed
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures
- Communicate with customers regarding project status and requirements
- Assist or serve as Acting Project Manager when required

Qualifications
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License — required
- 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Normal hearing and vision (corrected acceptable)
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Work Environment
- Aircraft maintenance hangar and flightline settings
- Exposure to loud noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment
- Use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, harnesses, and other required equipment
