Job Title: A&P MechanicJob DescriptionA&P Mechanics will be responsible for performing line and overnight hangar maintenance on CRJ 200 aircraft. A&P Mechanics will receive basic inspection training and CRJ 200 Gen Fam certification, with potential travel to Milwaukee for additional training (company paid). Typical duties consist of performing pre and post flight inspections, responding to squawks / maintenance requests, performing logbook research and general overnight maintenance and/or A-Checks.
Shift(s):
- Day shift - 6 a.m. - 6 pm
- Night Shift 6 p.m. - 6 a.m.
- 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off schedule, Wednesday is the pivot day
Terms: 6-Month Contract to Hire
Work Environment: Working at CAE - Columbia, SC Airport, performing line maintenance and hangar maintenance. The station has been open since November 2021, with plans to expand from 19 to 27-29 mechanics this year.
Position Requirements:
- Valid FAA A&P License (Must Have)
- 0 -2 years of Aviation Maintenance Experience (Entry Level Candidates encourage to apply)
- Basic set of A&P Tools and Tool Box (Must Have)
