A&P Maintenance Technician

As an AMT for Haven MRO, you will be working under deadlines to inspect, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and standards. It will be your job to ensure that the aircraft is in top working order and to repair any problems before it is returned to service. We are looking for experience in King Airs, Citations and Hawkers. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Execute aircraft and aviation maintenance as per timelines established by the customer, FAA, and Haven MRO quality standards.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork as needed for the tasks assigned.
• Complete logbook entries, company work orders, and parts paperwork as appropriate for the task assigned.
• Organize and or execute efficient and resourceful work plans.
• Perform work safely and efficiently to deliver quality outcomes and a positive representation of the company.
• Inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft and accessories such as engines, propellers, electrical components, brakes, wheels, actuators, etc.
• Adhere to established company and manufactures operating procedures.
• Complete safe, prompt, and efficient aircraft maintenance as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
• Will positively represent Haven MRO, LLC to customers, employees, and patients through action, behavior, and communication.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an AMT training program.
• Experience: Typically requires 5-7 years of experience in aviation repair, with a significant portion in a technician role.
• Certifications: AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician) certifications are required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools; strong knowledge of aviation systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex issues efficiently.
