We’re looking to add an A&P Mechanic to our team in Tampa to support heavy maintenance and modification work on Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
What You’ll Be Doing- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Boeing and Airbus aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies and document work performed accurately
- Work closely with teammates, leads, and inspectors to keep aircraft moving safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and safety-focused work area
What We’re Looking For- Active A&P license
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working on Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft preferred
- Experience in a heavy maintenance or MRO environment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
If you have less than two years on Boeing/Airbus but are motivated, mechanically strong, and eager to grow, we’re absolutely open to having a conversation.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of two hangars, typically accommodating 5 to 8 planes at any given time, with a workforce of approximately 600 employees. The operation runs 24/7, requiring flexibility in shifts, which may include 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM. Some shifts follow a 4x10 schedule, while others are 5x8.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
