Job Description:

FT/PT position” button. Relocation Possible Travel Possible M1 is looking for a Material Scheduler
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides logistics support for the maintenance complex.
• Central point for controlling, scheduling, and routing repair cycle assets generated by maintenance activities to include local manufactured items.
• Maintains applicable files, records, and publications. Monitors the maintenance of DIFM assets processing through the repair cycle and is the focal point for rectifying DIFM problems with RCSS (Supply).
• Annotates actions in appropriate records and is knowledgeable in CAMS documentation.
• In conjunction with shops, ensures turnaround transactions are properly input in CAMS.
• Reviews and analyzes CAMS/SBSS repair cycle data products.
• Monitors asset repair cycle time through CAMS/SBSS.
• Performs local manufacture responsibilities.
• Collects and submits data for maintenance repair capability as required.
• Monitors AWP assets to ensure they are accurately accounted for and properly stored.
• Receives, distributes, and reconciles supply products.
• Monitors reusable container program.
• Processes Material Deficiency Report items in coordination with Quality Control and Supply.
• Processes functional check items to appropriate repair shops.
• Complies with IREP requirements.
• Assists in resolving any supply related matter.
• Assists material handler as required.
• Practices good housekeeping, tool control, FOD awareness/prevention, and safety at all times.
• Shall assist other personnel and work centers as directed.
• Must promote Company values, policies, and standards of conduct.
• Must be customer oriented and ensure professional coordination with base agencies.
• Shall perform other duties assigned to include TDY and travel.
• Must be able to work day shift, night shift, or weekend duty as required.
• Receives cross-utilization training (CUT) and is qualified to perform those maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:

• A working knowledge of the regulations, TOs, and manuals governing repair cycle and general supply procedures is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• A minimum of two years recent experience in a material control, RPC, or supply function is required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with people are required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a flight line driver license, and operate 1 1/2 ton vehicles or metro van.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a class CDL.
