In the role of Material Clerk I youll play a pivotal part on our Logistics team.
Assists with duties associated with the stocking and issuing of materials used in the construction of aircraft interiors following company procedures. This position reports to a Stockroom Supervisor or Stockroom Manager.

This position contributes to our vision by:
•tReceiving of Material:
•tUnloading carts and verifying quantities received per work order, periphery inspection of material for damage, transferring material to picking shelves and proper receiving in MRP system (Royal IV).
•tFilling Work Orders:
•tIdentifying materials requested and pulling material from stock.
•tControl Inventory:
•tAll transactions must be input into Royal IV with all necessary paperwork properly completed to ensure accuracy of inventory and traceability of stock.
•tEmployee must be aware that the doors to the Stockroom must be locked at all times.
•tMaterials must be cycle counted and reconciled with Royal IV as requested by Supervisor.
•tReturned material must be re-entered into Royal IV.
•tMaintains a safe and clean working environment.
General Notes:
•tMust carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling.
•tAll employees have an affirmative duty to protect and maintain the confidentiality of company products.
•tAs business conditions change it is necessary that all employees productively react and handle other essential tasks as assigned now or in the future.
•tTasks may vary slightly based on products produced at division.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate
Experience:\t
•\t0-1 years' experience
•\t1 year data entry or comparable experience
Computer Skills:
•\tMS Windows. Microsoft Office Environment, basic knowledge of Excel
Preferred Skills (not required):
•\twarehouse environment-manufacturing experience
•\tIntermediate excel usage/knowledge
•\tBasic knowledge of MRP systems
