Manual Machinist – 1st Shift
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team. This position involves machining aircraft parts using Sharp Mills and operating equipment with Future and Fanuc controls. You will be responsible for setting up and operating manual mills and lathes, performing precision measurements, and ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual machining of aircraft parts using Sharp Mills
- Operate machinery with Future and Fanuc controls
- Set up and operate manual mills and lathes
- Conduct inspections and measurements using micrometers and calipers
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate machining
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manual machining, preferably with Sharp Mills
- Proficiency in machine operation and assembly
- Ability to inspect and measure with precision tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Familiarity with manual mills and lathes
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
- Strong understanding of inspection measurements

Work Environment:
Work in a temperature-controlled repair shop for maximum comfort. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 2:00/4:00 PM. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
