This Intern position is responsible for supporting advanced manufacturing processes, and product transfers for aircraft components/systems; will work within a team environment to solve technical, manufacturing, test, and field issues from our product lines, our intern will be able to learn about new manufacturing technologies, technical aspects of our products, methodologies for processes improvement etc.
Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, mechanical design, and manufacturing tools
- Written communication skills
- Experience in CNC machining, applied robotics, and programming
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Chemicals
- Experience in school or extracurricular leadership roles
- Provide clear and concise communication
- Passion for engineering, technology, aerospace
- Ability to handle multitask projects
- Experience using MS Office suite
- Discipline to document work, lessons learned, results
- Programming skills a plus
