Internship in Procurement (m/f/diverse)

Job Description:

As a Procurement Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced procurement team. This hands-on internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and contractual aspects. You will gain practical experience in sourcing and contract negotiation.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the procurement for one of the categories in Indirect Procurement cluster
Support in supplier proposals evaluation
Support in maintaining and extending the contracts
Collaborate with various departments (demand organizations) to meet their procurement needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in German as a subject or Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Very good command of English (C1) and German (preferred)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication abilities
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI tools
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
