Your main tasks will include:

• Active participation in the preparation and implementation of international tenders including the selection process
• Collaboration on strategically relevant projects incl. contract negotiations
• Preparation and coordination with stakeholders/interfaces for information or approval presentations for various committees
• Development of concepts for quality assurance
• Support and participation in on-site meetings 
• Creation of presentation slides - supplier performance, spare part delivery times, etc.
• Documentation standards, e.g. updating of tender documents
• Further special tasks based on suitability and own initiative 

• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (Gap Year)
• Currently enrolled in an engineering, business, or related degree program (economics, industrial engineering etc.)
• ⁠Proficiency in English and German (desired), with strong communication skills
• ⁠Pro-active, structured, and strong analytical skills with strategic thinking
• Basic Airline Know-How and technical understanding. Interest to expand your knowledge in the field
