As a Test Systems Engineer 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex test systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will report directly to our Senior Test Systems Engineering Manager and youll work out of our Mississauga, Ontario, Canada location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of systems that improve efficiency, productivity, and safety. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful execution of projects. The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex automated test systems
• Identify and analyze system requirements and develop test solutions
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 1 year of experience in test system design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
