Raytheon’s Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support the Patriot program. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. Whether in hardware, software, networking, or some combination of all three, youll be stretched to learn about how our systems work and identify the sources of new and unexpected issues through lots of troubleshooting and data analysis. Youll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, youll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts across the program.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
- Operate our systems, as well as related simulators/stimulators
- Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis
- Integrate hardware or software into a tactical system, and evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes
- Develop integration documentation, execute plans and procedures, process and analyze data, and communicate results
- Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders
- Travel to support mission execution at applicable facility, test site, vendor, and/or customer location
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with systems engineering, software, and/or integration & test
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US government issued security clearance is required. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification of complex military systems such as command and control systems or radar systems
- Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification
- Experience with tools, such as MATLAB or Python, for data analysis and automation
- Experience using DOORS or other requirements management tools
- Experience support test events with radar systems, weapons systems, or command and control systems

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
