The role is responsible for the approval, control, monitoring, and implementation of non-routine and deferred maintenance, including MEL and CDL requirements, while providing effective supervision of maintenance personnel. The position involves carrying out and overseeing maintenance tasks on Air Arabia aircraft, ensuring all work is performed, certified, and recorded accurately and within required timelines in compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards. The role also ensures effective roster management, including shifts, leave, and absence planning, to meet operational and maintenance requirements.
