Position Summary
JOB PURPOSE
Were participating in the LDA Program: Parker’s Leadership Development Associate program offers new team members the opportunity to focus on specific skills to prepare them for leadership positions across the organization.
Throughout the program, team members gain professional and leadership experience and grow through meaningful work assignments and structured learning, while contributing to the success of the organization. Parker recruiters are searching for talented and motivated graduates for placement in a wide range of development programs.
MAIN DUTIES
Complete a minimum of three key departments gaining first-hand experience of manufacturing process
Work on real projects tackling issues
- Build the leadership, communication and analytical skills needed for a successful career in manufacturing area
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
Education: The degree of engineer in mechanical, automation, electrical, industrial system, aerospace or related field
Minimum Grade-Point Average (GPA) of 2.8 or equivalent 7/10
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills

Professional and Leadership Experience: Participants gain valuable professional and leadership experience through a structured program.
Rotational Assignments: The program typically involves rotational assignments (involves 2 years, each department approximately 8 months) that provide exposure to different functions and areas of the business. This offers a comprehensive view of the organization.
Preparation for Leadership Roles: The program is specifically designed to focus on developing the specific skills needed to prepare participants for leadership positions across the organization.

- Location of assignments: Dong Nai Province and training abroad (if any)
- Permanent position: Meggitt will guarantee a permanent for candidates after two year with one-year fixed-term contract to graduates who successfully complete the core program.
