Job Title: Avionics Installer
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced avionics technician with strong troubleshooting and installation skills, particularly with Garmin systems. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in avionics installation. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, inspecting, modifying, and servicing aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment. You will also be required to document all work performed according to appropriate manuals and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Repair, inspect, modify, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment.
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Troubleshoot and install avionics systems, including harnesses, Satcom, and Wi-Fi.
Essential Skills- At least 5 years of experience in avionics installation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Garmin systems.
- Experience with avionics, install, harness, troubleshooting, Satcom, and Wi-Fi.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Must have own tools.
- Experience with Gogo and Garmin install platforms preferred but open to other install platforms.
- Must be comfortable working alone and leading a team.

Work Environment
This role requires working outside on the flight line and being on your feet. Flexibility with shifts is necessary, with the possibility of starting as early as 6:30am during the summer. You will be working with a team of four other avionics technicians.
