Pay Estimated: $59.78-$64.78/Hour
Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver battlefield information and insights, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to understand staffing needs and define effective sourcing strategies
Own and execute end-to-end sourcing plans to fill cleared and specialized roles within defense and government contracting sectors
Write compelling job postings and manage candidate engagement across job boards and social platforms
Execute proactive outreach through social networks, talent communities, and CRM pipelines
Design and launch targeted sourcing campaigns to attract passive and cleared candidates
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess fit and drive high-quality applicant conversion
Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) and 8+ years of relevant sourcing/recruiting experience
Deep sourcing expertise with advanced Boolean, X-ray, and keyword search techniques
Strong experience using AI tools for talent discovery, outreach, and pipeline management
Government contracting experience with a focus on high-clearance roles
Proven ability to identify and attract cleared candidates, including TS, TS/SCI, and TS/SCI with Polygraph
Hands-on experience using CRM platforms to build and maintain pipelines
On-site or remote flexibility may be required based on program needs
