Senior Regional Marketing Advisor, APAC & Greater China
Job Description:
What are your contributions to the team?

Sales Enablement & Strategic Marketing Support

  • Develop and execute spaneting strategies that support aircraft sales objectives, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Partner with the regional Aircraft Sales Team to ensure access to the right spaneting initiatives and experiences to engage UHNWI clients effectively.
  • Provide regional insights and recommendations to optimize brand awareness, customer experience, and sales performance.
  • Manage spaneting budgets, monitor ROI, and provide regular reporting to leadership.


Events & Marketing Execution

  • Support major regional events organized by the event team, such as airshows, Formula 1 week, and other high-profile industry events, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Plan and independently execute regional spaneting initiatives outlined in the strategy, including static displays, bespoke hospitality events, collaborations, and other customer focus initiatives targeting our audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to manage logistics, content, experiences, and onsite event execution.

Digital & Agency Management

  • Oversee the regional spaneting agency in China to create and activate social media content, including WeChat and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the regional spaneting strategy.
  • Ensure digital campaigns and content are consistent with brand objectives while tailored to regional needs and the UHNWI audience.


Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain close collaboration with the Marketing teams in Montreal to ensure strategic alignment and operational support.
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to provide timely spaneting support and ensure initiatives effectively drive engagement and acquisition of UHNWI clients.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • You have 7–10+ years of experience in spaneting, ideally in aviation, luxury goods, or high-end B2B industries.
  • You have proven experience leading regional spaneting strategies and campaigns, with a strong understanding and focus on the UHNWI audience.
  • You have experience managing agencies and external partners in content creation and campaign execution.
  • You are fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken); additional APAC languages are a plus.
  • You have strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the UHNWI audience in APAC & Greater China.
  • You are proficient in social media platforms, including WeChat, and other digital spaneting tools.
  • You possess exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across time zones.
  • You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and UHNWI clients.
  • You are capable of working independently and proactively while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are willing to travel across APAC & Greater China when required.
