Job Objectives

This is your unique chance to join us and collaborate with an international team from Airbus and Satair located in different regions worldwide in order to ensure on time, on cost and on quality solutions for our customers.

You act as the central point of contact for the Lease of Airbus Proprietary and OEM Tools as well as for questions of Satair’s worldwide customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Focal point of contact for our customers worldwide with regards to tool lease services

  • Responsibility for processing the customer&39;s request for tool lease quotations as well as incoming orders

  • Ensuring a smooth progress of the order handling and following up according to customers&39; requirements

  • Keeping up the material and logistics activities and the associated services for customer satisfaction

  • Proactive notification of the customer about their order status 

  • Monitoring and reporting of customer KPI

  • Interface with all stakeholders to ensure Airbus&39; commitments towards our customers

  • Target of this role is processing of all customer orders and deliveries according to the deadline and quality specifications of our customers

Job Requirements

  • Diploma (Degree in Aeronautics / Business Administration / Economics or Logistics is preferred)

  • 3-5 years working experience in Customer Order Management or Supply Chain or similar (good understanding of After Sales Supply Chain)

  • Professional & practical insight and experience with purchasing and logistics (knowledge of Supply Chain fundamentals)

  • Profound knowledge of SAP

  • Customer focused mindset and ability to understand customer expectations and needs

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to build up relations across functions and stakeholder management

  • Capability to work under pressure & multi-task
