* Associate's degree in a related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Possess 1+ years of experience in Nondestructive Evaluation
* Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
* Maintain knowledge of computer-aided design tools and systems, including CAD/CAM, CATIA, Mentor Graphics, and Unigraphics
* Utilize CATIA
* Apply CAD/CAM systems
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals
* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in NDE/NDT engineering within a regulated industry, including aerospace, defense, or energy
* Demonstrate experience with nondestructive evaluation processes, including ultrasonic testing, radiography, eddy current testing, and penetrant inspection
* Maintain ASNT Level 2 certification in multiple nondestructive evaluation processes
* Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and with technical and non-technical customers
* Apply a strong understanding of materials behavior, stress analysis, and fracture mechanics
* Utilize project management tools
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills while managing multiple projects across various geographical locations Job Duties & Functions
* Apply nondestructive evaluation methods and approaches, including acoustic, electromagnetic, thermal, optical, and radiologic principles, to perform complex analysis and evaluation of parts, materials, processes, technology, and equipment
* Lead complex analyses of failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures
* Generate test plans, identify and categorize failures, determine root causes, and document results and recommendations
* Maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
* Develop and validate revisions to procedures and specifications
* Determine the suitability of parts, materials, and processes while coordinating the resolution of complex supplier and customer issues
* Support audits, root cause analyses, and failure investigations as a subject matter expert
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the design, development, fabrication, testing, evaluation, and implementation of new concepts and technologies
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians
