Job Description:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A minimum of one year of related customer service experience dealing directly with clients.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of management, customers, technical and non-technical personnel, as well as co-workers.
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Products
  • Exceptional organizational skills in inventory and or documentation management.
  • Attention to detail and excellent quality a must.
  • Must be cable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work, stand and kneel for extended periods of time.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Falcon Aircraft (All Models).
  • Experience in dealing face-to-face with clients and customers.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, production environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Primarily an office environment with frequent trips to production shops, offices and the warehouse.
Some exposure to factory noise levels possible. Will be required to often lift 50 lbs., unassisted, as well as standing for long periods of time standing on feet and or kneeling.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

  • Responsible for keeping track and storying of any loose equipment assigned and delivered, as well as storing any additional optional equipment and materials defined by the production planning and aircraft specification.
  • Required to accumulate and store all aircraft manuals and aircraft documentation.
  • Maintain log of loose equipment being used by production for testing at the aircraft.
  • Prepare loose equipment inventory and presentation to the customer.
  • Responsible for loading items into the aircraft prior to aircraft delivery.
  • Maintain a consistent and accurate aircraft inventory documentation.
  • Coordinate with production shops for the collection of loose equipment according to aircraft delivery schedule and coordinating with engineering, planning, materiel, technical documentation, etc.
  • Responsible for loading all aircraft inventory to include loose equipment and additional items onto aircraft prior to the aircraft departure.
  • Interpret and update computerized bill of material programs.
  • Utilize and record status and nonconformities in maintenance interface programs.
  • Review all inventory items with customer and/or customer representative to ensure they have all required items prior to departure.
  • All other duties as assigned
