Join our Flight Operations Technical team as a Flight Efficiencies Specialist, reporting to the Aircraft Performance & Flight Efficiencies Manager. Youll play a pivotal role collaborating closely with the Flight Operations Team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and report on flight efficiency initiatives, focusing on optimizing fuel consumption, emissions, and operational costs.
Key tasks include analysing current and future initiatives in relation to airline costs and network, managing fuel-related projects, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to identify and promote efficiencies. Additionally, youll support the implementation and management of internal and external Flight Efficiencies Reporting Systems, conduct ad-hoc fuel and efficiency projects, monitor and analyse relevant data, and provide regular updates and reports to organizational leadership.
What you need to do this role
We’re looking for a skilled candidate to join our team, bringing with them a wealth of analytical experience in handling extensive technical data, particularly within the aviation sector. You will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, even in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in communicating technical information, both verbally and in writing, is essential. Additionally, we require someone who can effectively collaborate with other teams, driving a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office in Luton.
