- Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, and aviation-related field or related technology field.
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic certification.
- Five years of supervisory experience in an aviation setting.
- Experience working with the FAA.
- Experience in a Part 147 AMT program, preferably at a regionally accredited institution.
- Experience with active learning in technical education.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues.
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity in education and the aviation industry.
- Potential to make significant contributions to curriculum development and program expansion in credit and non-credit program areas.
- Ability to meet the challenges of a broad curriculum and a student body with diverse abilities, interests, and backgrounds.
- Eligibility for a Massachusetts Driver’s License.
- Demonstrated experience with project management, procurement practices, and internal controls for inventory management.

COMPENSATION: Annual salary $110,000-$135,000, dependent on qualifications and experience. Full-time, Non-Unit Professional position. Includes participation in a comprehensive employee benefits program including option for membership in the Massachusetts State Employees' Retirement System.
